<正> 由不同病因引起的严重肝脏疾病均可能导致肝衰竭,肝衰竭的发生机制十分复杂,是多种因素共同作用的结果。现着重介绍在内科治疗上依据"三重打击"机制,在肝衰竭发展的不同时相,对肝衰竭并发症的防治,以期提高疗效,改善预后。1.肝性脑病:是肝功能不全引起的神经精神症候群。急性和亚急性肝衰竭患者肝性脑病出现在黄疸上升前期和黄
