摘要：

智库是政策制定过程中的重要参与者,在现代国家建设中发挥着越来越大的作用。目前,智库建设是我国的一个热点问题。该文着重介绍了国外开展定量、定性评价智库的一些典型案例,以及多名学者对智库评价的指标、机制等方面的研究和认识。希望此文能从影响力评价方面提高我们对智库的理解,为中国特色新型智库的建设和发展提供建设性的视角。
