<正>经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)与经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)在治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折、疼痛性椎体血管瘤以及各种脊柱转移瘤和骨髓瘤等方面取得了满意的效果,可使患者的疼痛即刻显著减轻或消失,明显提高患者的生活质量。Eck等[1]对PVP与
