摘要
<正>高血压是一种受遗传与环境等多因素影响的心血管综合征,其发病与肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)活性和表达异常密切相关[1-2]。血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)2为RAAS系统的关键酶,可通过调节机体内血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅱ/Ang(1~7)生成平衡与炎性反应水平从而改善高血压介导的心血管重构现象[1-3]。近年来发现了多种在高血压病发生过程中发挥重要作用的微小RNA
