摘要：

在回顾职业倦怠概念的基础上,综合分析了医生职业倦怠的表现,并从社会、职业、组织和个人4个方面分析了医生职业倦怠产生的原因,最后对缓解和消除医生职业倦怠的对策进行了初步地探讨。
