摘要：

儿童期是神经系统发育渐趋成熟的时期,也是癫痫的高发阶段。具有多种因素对儿童癫痫的认知功能产生影响,并伴有不同程度的认知功能障碍。认知功能的损害是癫痫治疗过程中十分关注的问题,也是临床治疗上的一大挑战。现就癫痫患儿认知功能及其相关因素的研究进展予以综述。
