中国人阿司匹林抗血小板聚集的最佳剂量的研究

摘要：

345例(男220例,女125例)血小板聚集功能增高者口服安慰剂及阿司匹林30mg/日、50mg/日、0.3g/日、0.5g/日,共五组以双盲法投药,观察服药前后血小板聚集功能变化。结果全部男性有效,女性也有效、绝经后及服避孕药者效果明显,青年及中年女性较差。我们推荐50mg/日为预防血栓的最佳剂量。
