动物肉制品基因组DNA的提取和纯化

摘要
以猪肉、牛肉和羊肉3种动物肉制品为原料,采用改良的SDS方法来提取其基因组DNA,细胞用TE(1%SDS)裂解后,用蛋白酶K进行消化,用RNase去除RNA,并用氯仿∶异戊醇(24∶1,v/v)抽提纯化,结果表明可以得到纯度较高,完整性较好的基因组DNA,满足实验和分析的要求。
