评估不孕症患者子宫内膜容受性的超声研究进展

摘要：

子宫内膜容受性不良是女性不孕症患者的病因之一。子宫内膜血流灌注情况与子宫内膜容受性息息相关。彩色多普勒超声及三维能量多普勒超声成像技术的发展与应用,为子宫内膜血流动力学的观察开辟了广阔前景。本文通过综述近年来超声检查子宫内膜血流动力学在不孕症患者中的应用进展,认为超声在不孕症患者子宫内膜容受性的评估中有一定的作用,但仍需进一步研究证实。
