经颅直流电刺激在急性缺血性卒中应用的研究进展

摘要
除了再灌注治疗,急性缺血性卒中(AIS)仍缺少足够有效的治疗方法。经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)能够调节脑部神经及血管等组织结构的生理功能,成为AIS后神经功能恢复的潜在治疗手段。近年来的一些文献初步探讨了tDCS在AIS中应用的可行性及有效性,本研究对相关基础及临床研究进行了综述,旨在为tDCS在AIS中的合理应用提供有价值的信息。
