摘要：

近年来,随着核酸及核酸类似物、聚乙二醇干扰素α等抗病毒药物的问世,使得慢性乙型肝炎临床抗病毒治疗取得了明显发展,同时对乙型病毒肝炎的实验室检测也提出了新的要求,促进了实验室诊断技术的发展。本研究着重讨论临床抗病毒治疗中乙型肝炎病毒DNA定量检测的应用和重要性,指出HBV DNA的定量检测病毒学应答对于判定抗病毒疗效、调整临床抗病毒治疗方案、停药后随访及预测预后等有重要意义。
