摘要
SF6气体分解组分谱图中的噪声和背景是影响红外光谱定量分析的关键。为此,根据SF6气体分解组分谱图背景信号处于低频带的特点,提出了一种基于小波多分辨分析的SF6气体分解组分红外光谱信号背景扣除算法,首先对原始谱图进行小波去噪,然后利用小波多分辨分析进行背景预扣除,并基于高斯函数一阶导数的特性进行峰形修正,最后得到扣除背景后的红外光谱信号。针对含曲线及斜坡背景的SF6放电分解组分SO2F2模拟红外谱图和SO2真实红外谱图的处理结果显示,该方法能够有效解决红外光谱分析SF6分解组分时的噪声和背景干扰问题,有利于提高定量分析的精度。
