摘要：

基于文献梳理,介绍"创新价值链"的概念,并对"创新价值链""创新过程"和"知识价值链"的概念进行辨析。随后围绕知识来源、知识转化、知识利用3个环节,分别对创新价值链相关研究进行评述,并且在数字化转型的背景下提出创新价值链的新模型,阐述数字化知识网络如何形成。最后提出未来创新价值链的3个研究方向,即数字化创新过程或具体形式、数字化知识网络中的参与者类型及约束条件、数字化创新能力和资源协调能力。以期对中国创新价值链的研究和实践提供有益的启示。
