摘要
<正>炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种病因未明的肠道非特异性慢性炎症,包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis)和克罗恩病(Crohn's disease),其病因及发病机制仍未完全阐明,肠壁黏膜免疫调节异常、肠壁黏膜屏障缺损、持续肠道感染、遗传和环境等因素共同参与IBD的发生和发展[1-3]。其中,肠道黏膜免疫系统异常所导致的炎症反应在IBD发生、发展及转归过程中发挥重要作用[4]。慢性炎症反应中细胞信号转导通路和免疫调节异常一直都是研究
