行业多元化、国际化与企业业绩——基于2010—2017年中国上市公司的实证研究

摘要：

行业多元化与国际化是公司发展过程中的两个重要方向,却鲜有文献对二者之间的作用差异进行研究。本文以2010—2017年上市公司的数据为基础,采用固定效应模型对二者与企业业绩的关系进行检验。结果表明,行业多元化与国际化对企业业绩的影响分别呈倒U型与U型。在考虑了内生性问题之后,我们发现行业多元化的影响变得不再显著,而国际化的影响结果依然稳健,并且二者之间存在替代关系。进一步,本文发现目前中国企业的国际化战略带来的业绩收益优于行业多元化战略,从而为我国企业"走出去"提供了不一样的分析视角。
