摘要：

研究国外电力市场发展趋势和规律对于深化中国电力市场化改革具有重要借鉴意义。文中首先梳理了国外电力市场在发电侧和售电侧引入竞争、建立市场的基本模式;其次从市场模式和建设目标变化、电力市场范围扩大、强化电力基础设施投资激励、改进可再生能源市场机制、深入挖掘需求侧资源潜力以及加强电力市场监管等几个方面,对国际电力市场最新发展趋势进行了分析;最后结合中国电力市场建设发展的需求,提出了有关建议。
