摘要：

抗血小板治疗是冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉支架置入术(PCI)后治疗的重要方法,然而个体患者对血小板的反应是多变的,因此。血小板功能检测对于防治冠心病患者缺血及出血事件有着重要的意义。目前,比浊法是应用最为普遍的血小板检测方法亦被称为血小板功能检测的金标准。然而,这种方法也存在一定的局限性。血栓弹力图是一种新型的床旁血小板功能检测方法。它具有操作简便,快速,重复性好等光比浊法不具有的优势。本综述就血栓弹力图与比浊法的优缺点以及检测结果的相关性进行了系统性的总结,并对血栓弹力图的临床应用性进行了深入的探讨。
