<正>骨性关节炎(OA)是老年人常见的慢性退行性疾病,膝关节是下肢最常见的受累关节,本病日久会对患者的日常活动造成负面影响[1]。随着临床对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)发病的机制认识的不断深入,下肢生物力学改变在本病中起的作用越来越被关注。骨关节炎可以导致软骨变形和磨损重塑,日久会引起骨赘形成,这些变化将导致关节生物力学的变化[2]。步态分析技术是评估KOA患者下肢生物力学改变的常用方法,不
