双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的疗效。方法选取120例NAFLD患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护肝药物)60例和观察组(双歧杆菌四联活菌)60例,比较两组患者治疗前后肝功能、血脂、治疗总有效率的变化。结果两组患者治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰胺转移酶(GGT)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后ALT、AST、GGT、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均显著低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗总有效率观察组为88.3%,对照组为70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用双歧杆菌四联活菌片不仅能有效改善NAFLD患者的临床症状及体征,还可改善肝功能指标,调节脂质代谢,具有临床推广价值。
