烟草供应链竞争力的因素分析

摘要：

针对专卖制度下烟草供应链的特点,本文提出采用"市场"、"组织"和"经营"等3种视角对管理目标进行剪裁和度量。针对供应链改进的核心问题,本文还设计了竞争力评测指标体系,并提出了相关假设,通过问卷调查和统计分析,对烟草供应链竞争力进行了因素分析。结果表明,目前烟草供应链的集成程度极低,对企业的市场竞争力提升未起到应有的作用。
