经颅直流电刺激对慢性不可预见性应激模型大鼠下丘脑去甲肾上腺素释放的影响

摘要
目的:探讨经颅直流电刺激(t DCS)治疗抑郁症的中枢神经系统机制。方法:给予雄性清洁级SD大鼠(180~200 g)7种慢性不可预见性刺激制作抑郁症大鼠模型,通过行为学指标观察,碳纤维电极测量技术和t DCS技术来研究t DCS对抑郁症模型大鼠行为学指标及下丘脑内去甲肾上腺素(NE)释放的影响。结果:给予模型组大鼠慢性不可预见性刺激21 d后,模型组大鼠糖水偏爱百分比减少(P<0.05),旷场实验总分减少(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,模型组大鼠下丘脑NE的释放减少(P<0.05);给予tDCS(2 mA,30 min)刺激后,NE分泌增加(P<0.05)。用t DCS(2 mA,30 min,每天2次,连续4 d)刺激后,模型组大鼠糖水偏爱百分比增大(P<0.05),旷场实验总分增加(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,tDCS(2 mA,30 min,每天2次,连续4 d)组大鼠下丘脑NE的释放差异无统计学意义。结论:tDCS可改善慢性不可预见性应激模型大鼠的抑郁样行为表现,这种作用可能与tDCS增加蓝斑到下丘脑投射系统NE的分泌有关。
