摘要
企业社会责任信息的沟通策略可以划分为信息发布策略、信息披露策略和信息合作策略三种类型,越来越多的西方企业开始实施信息合作策略,通过与利益相关者对话构建长期伙伴关系,本文阐释了不同企业社会责任沟通策略形成背景与执行差异,并探讨了不同沟通策略的社会影响,最后对国内企业实施信息沟通的战略选择提出了具体建议。
