<正>骨的重建由骨的生成和吸收构成,成骨细胞具有骨的形成功能,破骨细胞具有骨吸收作用。两者之间的动态平衡是维持正常骨量的关键。成骨细胞来源于骨髓间充质干细胞,在骨形成过程中要经历成骨细胞增殖、细胞外基质成熟、细胞外基质矿化和成骨细胞凋亡4个阶段。其中任何一个阶段
