摘要：

地塞米松是一种长效糖皮质激素,其价格低廉、使用方便、临床作用广泛且副作用较少,目前已成为麻醉医生围术期改善患者临床症状和预后使用较为广泛的一类肾上腺皮质激素。该文就地塞米松在老年腹腔镜手术患者应激反应中的应用研究进展作一综述。
