茶树EST-SSRs在山茶科植物中的通用性研究

摘要：

[目的]研究茶树EST-SSRs在山茶科植物中的通用性。[方法]选用来源于茶树EST序列的7对EST-SSRs引物,对山茶科植物的19份材料进行了扩增。[结果]7对EST-SSRs引物中有5对引物能对19个供试材料进行有效扩增,通用性比率为71.43%;扩增率最高的为云南山茶凤山茶、华东山茶彩霞和云南山茶菊瓣,最低的为川滇莲蕊茶和大花杨桐;有效扩增的5对引物对中有4对引物在供试材料中表现出丰富且差异明显的多态性。[结论]从茶树基因组上开发的SSR引物在山茶科植物不同种属植物间有较高的通用性,可用于山茶科植物比较基因组研究和分析标记研究。
