教师的个人特质与教育信息技术的采纳——基于高校网络教学背景的实证研究

摘要
本文以社会认知理论、技术接受模型等为理论基础,以教师在日常教学中对BlackBoard网络教学系统的采纳为背景,在五所不同类型的国内高校获取数据实证探讨了自我效能和个人创新性两个个人特质因素对教师采纳教育信息技术的影响。研究结果显示:(1)自我效能和个人创新性通过有用性感知和易用性感知间接影响持续使用意向;(2)无论是对决策阶段的教师还是对确认阶段的教师,自我效能均正向影响有用性感知和易用性感知,且在两个阶段产生的影响没有明显变化;(3)个人创新性对两个阶段教师的有用性感知均具有正向影响,且对决策阶段教师的影响高于确认阶段;个人创新性还正向影响决策阶段教师的易用性感知,但对确认阶段教师的易用性感知没有影响。
