颅脑损伤后脑水肿的发病机制及研究进展

摘要
颅脑损伤(TBI)继发性引起的脑水肿是造成患者死亡和残疾的主要原因。为进一步研究TBI后脑水肿的发生机制,为TBI的治疗开辟新的途径,笔者以"TBI后脑水肿发生机制"为主题,通过在PUBMED、Springer、万方、CNKI、维普等国内外文献数据库进行检索,整理分析,得出TBI后脑水肿的发生机制是脑屏障结构与功能受损、TBI后微循环障碍、TBI后炎症反应、钙超载、水通道蛋白(AQP)、氧自由基、细胞能量代谢障碍等各种机制相互影响、共同作用的结果,是一个复杂的病理过程。本文阐述了TBI后脑水肿的几种主要发病机制。
