摘要：

自身免疫病(Autoimmune diseases,AIDs)是一类严重危害人类身体健康的复杂疾病,病因涉及遗传、免疫和环境各个方面。人类白细胞抗原(Human leukocyte antigen,HLA)基因是自身免疫病的主要遗传风险因素,目前已鉴定了多个HLA位点参与自身免疫病的发生发展过程。本文主要综述HLA基因多态性及单倍型与常见自身免疫病发生的相关性研究进展。
