战略管理理论首先由许多卓越的中早期计划理论构成,从1968年Boston咨询公司提出BCG矩阵起,学界对于战略分析工具的研究越来越多。从战略分析、战略制定、战略选择、战略评价与控制4个层面对战略分析工具的历史沿革进行述评,提出了战略管理一般分析框架,以及若干旨在推动战略分析工具研究发展的建议。
