摘要
本文综述了发根农杆菌诱导植物毛状根的方法及其分子机制。对毛状根的鉴定技术进行了介绍。诱导出毛状报的植物主要集中在双子叶植物,对单子叶植物毛状根诱导的可能性进行了讨论。由于毛状根的激素自主性、稳定性和高产性,这一技术为植物有用成分的大量生产提供了新的途径。
