超声微泡造影剂的安全性研究

摘要：

超声造影能显著提高临床诊断能力,有广阔的应用前景。美国FDA在2007年对超声微泡造影剂提出黑框警告,促使人们深入探讨造影剂的安全问题。最新的大量临床研究显示,超声造影剂的严重不良事件发生率很低,总体上很安全,检查过程中发生死亡的个别病例均有严重基础心血管疾病,其死亡可能与超声造影无关。因此,超声图像质量低下的患者可考虑左心超声造影,获益远超过风险。
