摘要：

利用中国营养与健康调查数据(CHNS)分析健康对劳动力退出的影响。非连续时间风险模型结果显示:对全体样本而言,健康是劳动力退出的一个重要因素;健康对男性劳动力退出的影响显著,对女性劳动力退出的影响微弱;健康对农村劳动力退出有显著影响,而对城镇劳动力退出没有作用。
