微生物生产3-羟基丁酮研究进展

摘要
3-羟基丁酮是一种重要的化学合成中间体和多功能材料,广泛应用于食品、制药、化工等领域。相比化学合成法和生物酶转化法,微生物发酵法具有低成本、高纯度、高产率等特点。本文在详细总结微生物发酵生产3-羟基丁酮在菌种选育、代谢机制以及高产策略等方面研究进展的基础上,展望了微生物发酵法生产3-羟基丁酮的优势和发展方向。
