摘要：

目的综述脂质体制备技术的研究进展及其发展前景。方法以近年来的研究文献为基础,结合药物的性质、工艺要求,对脂质体的制备方法进行综述,并对各种方法的优缺点进行分析。结果与结论脂质体作为药物载体用于药物的体内传递具有独特的优势,具有巨大的发展潜力和良好的应用前景。
