血脑屏障的组成及跨越血脑屏障策略的研究

摘要
<正>随着人口老龄化进程的加剧,全球患有中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)疾病的人数与日俱增。研发新的能够在脑区达到有效治疗浓度的药物是国内外学者研究的热点。而CNS类药物的研发所面临的一个重要难题就是如何使药物透过血脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB),达到有效的治疗浓度。所以认识BBB的生理结构、分子组成,讨论可行的药物跨越BBB的策略,对实现CNS疾病的靶向性、高效性药物治疗具有十分重要的意义。
