<正> 肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是一种以腹痛或腹部不适伴排便异常为特征的功能性肠病,其症状产生可能与胃肠道功能异常(动力改变、内脏敏感性增高)、神经免疫机制、精神心理因素等相关。临床常规检查无形态学改变和生化学异常,但研究发现IBS患者肠道黏膜存在炎性反应,提示潜在的低度炎性可能参与IBS的发病。一、IBS肠道存在低度的炎性反应IBS患者的肠道存在持续低度炎性和免疫系统的激活,胃肠道感染后IBS症状的产生或持续可能与炎症或免
