摘要
代谢组学是对某一生物或细胞所有相对低分子量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析的一门新学科,目前已成为系统生物学的重要组成部分。代谢组学目前在植物生理、疾病诊断、营养学以及药物研发等方面的应用正成为研究的前沿领域。生命的代谢是一个永不停息的过程,任何疾病状态都会影响体内的代谢状态,通过比较机体生理与疾病状态,甚至同一疾病的不同分型的代谢物不同,将能找到与疾病诊断与分型相关的一组标志代谢物,从而发现表征这些的化学特征模式,用于计算机辅助疾病的诊断与分型。
