亚洲外汇储备普遍增长原因分析——基于空间计量杜宾模型的实证研究

摘要：

本文使用1999—2014年的数据,分析亚洲国家外汇储备普遍增长现象。将亚洲各国彼此之间的联系大致分为金融、贸易和地理三大类,构建八个空间权重矩阵,应用空间计量杜宾模型对外汇储备的空间依赖性进行实证分析。实证结果表明,亚洲地区外汇储备水平存在空间溢出效应,证实了亚洲国家持有外汇储备同预防性动机有关,同平稳汇率动机无关;否定了其持有外汇储备同竞争性动机相关。中国作为亚洲国家,通过三大联系同其他国家紧密相连,本文为分析中国外汇储备迅速增长现象提供一条新的研究思路。
