摘要：

本文总结了2007年以来抑郁症有关影像学检测脑结构形态和功能的变化,特别是海马的变化,分析了抑郁症的发病机制和病因。根据海马的病理学变化,提出了用影像学的几种方法作为抑郁症的诊断依据,并对它们的可行性作了分析,围绕抑郁症的诊断提出了目前存在的问题和今后的研究方向。
