摘要：

茶多酚与茶色素具有多种生物活性,除了抗氧化等作用外,还可以在肿瘤发生的各个阶段产生特定作用,从而抑制肿瘤细胞生长。本文就茶多酚及茶色素在肿瘤启动、促进和进展阶段的作用做一综述。
