摘要：

卒中后抑郁(PSD)是脑卒中的常见并发症,严重影响着卒中患者神经功能的恢复及生活质量。近年来PSD逐渐成为脑血管病领域的研究热点,国内外有众多研究针对PSD的发病率及其相关因素等方面作出探讨,本文就近年来有关PSD的流行病学研究成果作一综述。
