摘要：

肿瘤血管栓塞剂在肿瘤栓塞治疗中发挥了重要作用。目前常用栓塞剂为碘化油和明胶海绵,为非肿瘤专用栓塞剂。其发挥治疗作用的机制主要是物理性肿瘤供血动脉和微血管栓塞。研究新型肿瘤专用栓塞剂,是改变肿瘤介入治疗被动现状、改善肿瘤栓塞疗效的途径和方法。重视加强基础和临床试验相结合,介入医师必须和材料研究人员密切合作,才能尽早实现肿瘤专用栓塞剂的开发与临床应用。
