摘要：

高龄冠心病患者具有冠状动脉(冠脉)病变复杂、介入治疗难度大、合并疾病和手术并发症多的特点。目前,关于是否完全血运重建、最佳的支架选择等尚存争议。现代介入技术的发展和新支架设计使冠脉支架术的应用越来越普遍,本文旨在对于高龄冠心病患者冠脉介入治疗策略、新技术的应用及高龄相关并发症的应对做概要综述。
