摘要：

以2009—2016财年中国沪深两市披露研发费用的上市公司为样本,实证检验了企业高管的平均教育程度对企业研发投入的影响,以及高管权力分布和企业所有制性质对上述影响的调节作用。研究发现:企业高管的平均教育程度对企业的研发投入有显著的正向影响;高管权力分布不均衡程度和企业所有制性质对该正向影响有显著的调节作用。
