甘油三酯与冠心病发病关系及机制的研究进展

摘要
血甘油三酯浓度升高与冠心病的关系长期以来备受争议。明确甘油三酯与冠心病之间关系及其致病机制,已成为目前关注的热点。本文主要从流行病学及病理生理学角度对有关甘油三酯与冠心病关系及其致病机制的国内外最新研究进展进行综述和归纳,以进一步明确甘油三酯在心血管疾病风险评估中的价值。
