摘要：

低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是目前发现的唯一一个高度特异性的,在缺氧状态下可发挥活性的核转录因子,是专一调节氧稳态的关键介质。其与人类众多缺血低氧性疾病有着密切联系,HIF-1在这些疾病中的作用机制已经成为研究的热点,该类研究将为今后缺血低氧性疾病的治疗提供新的靶点。
