摘要：

<正>自1984年法国医生Dera-mond首次应用经皮穿刺向椎体内注射充填骨水泥治疗颈椎侵袭性血管瘤以来[1],经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous verte-broplasty,PVP)已在临床广泛应用,以后又有经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kypho-plasty,PKP)的发展与应用。我国在本世纪初应用PVP和PKP以来,亦积累了丰富的临床经验。
