工作动机理论新进展——自我决定理论

摘要
自我决定理论将动机按自我决定的高低程度视作一个连续体,指出社会环境可以通过支持自主、胜任、关系三种基本心理需要的满足来促进外部动机的内化,保证人的健康发展。这一理论在教育、保健、体育领域内已广受关注。国外的学者开始将该理论引入到对组织行为的研究之中,研究发现:自主支持比受控的工作环境和领导方式更能促进组织公民行为,提高员工的工作绩效、满意度及主观幸福感等。
