支持性人力资源实践能让员工知无不言吗?

摘要
揭示了支持性人力资源实践、心理授权、主动性人格对员工沉默行为的影响机制。以5家企业的39位主管和402位直接下属为研究对象,对问卷调查所获得的匹配数据进行多层数据分析,结果表明支持性人力资源实践对员工沉默行为有显著的负向影响,心理授权在其中具有中介效应;员工的主动性人格水平越高,心理授权与员工沉默行为之间的负向关系越强。
