摘要：

<正>随着人们饮食结构的改变、精神心理负担的加重和社会因素等影响,慢性便秘已成为影响人们生活质量的重要病症。长期便秘可继发痔疮、诱发心脑血管疾病、增加肠癌患病风险,引起焦虑、抑郁等情绪异常〔1〕。功能性便秘(FC)是一种持续性排便困难、排便次数减少或有排便不尽感的功能性肠病〔2〕,目前发病有增加趋势,诊断方法较过去明显增多,治疗的药物种类增加,本文对该病的研究进展做一综述。
